Crochet Mood Blanket 23rd February

This is my progress so far.
I've done 48 squares.

With every new row started

 I fall more and more

in love with my blanket.

Unfortunately falling behind with

the sewing in of my ends

I promised myself I would not leave

them until the end

as I know that I will never do them!!

So . . . I'm a little bit behind with posting

updates for my Crochet Mood Blanket

but here is progress up to 9th February.

As you can see, it is getting harder to take

"good" photos of progress.

Crochet Mood Blanket 23rd January

I have started the second row and attached three so far,

but I have made the coloured parts for the last 4 days plus two extra

just ready to be attached with white border.

Unfortunately I have fallen a little bit behind

due to essays and study 

and flying home to Perth for three days!

Crochet Mood Blanket 16th January

I have completed my first row of 16 squares

It measures 151cm across 

So I should end up with a square blanket roughly155x155cm - big enough for queen bed,

With a couple of rows of border.

(also, a couple of cm bigger than me!)

Crochet Mood Blanket 2014

I'm doing the square a day - but may only end up with 196-225 squares, as I don't want a massive blanket.

I am aiming to make a blanket 140cm x 140cm, each square being 10cm x 10cm.

I have 8 base colours, and each square will be surrounded with a border of white. I will be joining as I go as well.

These are my colours; Orange, Red, Light Blue, Magenta, Turquoise, Yellow, Purple and Green.

As opposed to assigning each colour to a mood - I will be crocheting whatever colour I feel like doing that day.
